Effective Leadership is a hands-on six-month journey to help managers and team leads master the essentials of modern leadership. Through six interactive modules, leaders practice concrete tools and habits that strengthen trust, transparency, and motivation across their teams.

Kick-off

We start with a joint session to align expectations  and set the training timeline.

Train

Every four weeks, one interactive 3-hour module is delivered in small groups. Guidebooks with monthly training schedules complement the  workshops.

Retrospective

A closing survey and reflection workshop quantify progress, celebrate achievements, and define next steps for sustained development.
